Your Aviator Bot account is personal to you and must not be shared with, transferred to, or used by any other person. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account credentials. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of the personal information held on your account. If your contact details, payment methods or other information change, you should update your account accordingly. Aviator Bot may use the contact information on your account to send important notices about your account, transaction confirmations and platform updates.
If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify Aviator Bot support immediately via the live chat facility. Aviator Bot will take reasonable steps to secure the account upon notification but cannot be held liable for losses that occurred prior to the notification being received.
All deposits and withdrawals on Aviator Bot are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer and debit or credit cards. The minimum and maximum deposit amounts for each payment method are displayed on the Deposit page and may change from time to time.
Deposits from verified payment methods typically reflect in your Aviator Bot balance quickly. Processing times for bank transfers may be longer depending on your bank. Aviator Bot is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment provider once a deposit instruction has been submitted.
Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within the timeframe stated in the withdrawal section of your account. Aviator Bot reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal.
Important: Aviator Bot only accepts deposits from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — accounts belonging to another person — will be returned and may result in account review. This applies to JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast and bank transfers alike.
Funds held in your Aviator Bot account balance are not segregated in an individual trust account. They represent a credit balance available for gaming on the platform. Aviator Bot takes reasonable steps to maintain funds sufficient to honour player balances, but players should be aware that this balance is held by the platform operator rather than in a separate protected account.
Aviator Bot offers bonuses, free spins, deposit match promotions and other promotional offers to registered players. Each promotion has its own specific terms including minimum deposit amounts, wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits and any maximum withdrawal caps on bonus winnings. Bonuses are credited to your bonus balance and are separate from your real money PKR balance. Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. If you request a withdrawal before meeting the wagering requirement, the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited and only the real money balance will be processed.
Bonus abuse: Any attempt to exploit bonus terms — including but not limited to low-risk hedging bets, arbitrage across promotions, or coordinated wagering — will result in the bonus being voided and the account flagged for review. Winnings derived from such activity may not be paid out.
All bets placed on Aviator Bot are final once confirmed. Stakes are deducted from your balance at the point of bet placement. For sports betting markets — including PSL, T20 internationals and other cricket events — settlement is based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body. In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed or voided, bets will be settled according to the specific sport and market rules published on the platform.
The Aviator game and other casino games use certified random number generators (RNG) to determine outcomes. Game results are independent of previous rounds and cannot be predicted or manipulated. The return-to-player (RTP) percentages for games are provided by the game suppliers and reflect long-term statistical averages rather than guaranteed returns on individual sessions.
Aviator Bot reserves the right to void any bet or game round where a technical error, data feed failure or manifest pricing error is identified. In such cases, the stake will be returned to your account balance. Winnings based on clearly erroneous odds or pricing will not be honoured.

In most cases, an explanation will be provided, though operational or legal constraints may prevent full disclosure in some circumstances.
Where an account is closed due to a player-initiated responsible gaming request, any real money balance will be returned to the verified deposit method on file. Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, the balance will be reviewed and may be withheld pending investigation.
